Alice Ann is a mom of three! She is passionate about fitness, family and friendship. She found support and community in FIT4MOM when her first daughter was born, and missed it so much, she brought it to Roanoke! If you don't see her teaching classes, she's probably working on a house project, spending time with her husband Casey, enjoying time with friends, working on her other business, British Swim School, or traveling!
