We're headed to Bibliopub for a night out! Bring a novel or book you're willing to trade for another! We have lots of avid readers in the group and we love a good book recommendation, even better when you get to bring it home.

Join us for a special Women’s Jiu-Jitsu class with FIT4MOM Roanoke at Kaizen Jiu-Jitsu! This beginner-friendly class will include a warm-up, learning a technique of the day, and light live rounds in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is needed, most attendees will be brand new. Just wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring water, and remove all jewelry before class. Come ready to move, learn something new, and have fun!

We'll have all the supplies and goodies for craft and story time!

Our playgroups offer a variety of activities that can stimulate a child's cognitive and creative development regardless of age. Different play options, from arts and crafts to outdoor games, contribute to a well-rounded experience geared toward allowing children to interact with their peers, helping them develop crucial social skills like sharing, taking turns, and communicating.
