Our Village Spotlight: Blue Ridge Pelvic Health

As a pelvic floor therapist (and a mom of 2) I understand firsthand how much our bodies go through during pregnancy, postpartum, and all the seasons of life in between. Whether you’re dealing with pelvic pain, bladder symptoms, core weakness, or simply not feeling like yourself, you’re not alone… and most importantly, you don’t have to “just live with it.”

I believe in taking a whole-body, holistic approach to healing. The pelvic floor doesn’t function in isolation, so your care shouldn’t either. I look at how your muscles, fascia, nervous system, and even your nutrition all work together. Through hands-on myofascial release, targeted movement, and nervous system regulation, we address the root causes, not just the symptoms.

Functional nutrition is also a key piece of the puzzle. What you eat directly affects things like inflammation, tissue healing, gut health, and even bladder sensitivity. Supporting the body from the inside out creates a stronger foundation for lasting results.
