Join us for a special Women’s Jiu-Jitsu class with FIT4MOM Roanoke at Kaizen Jiu-Jitsu! This beginner-friendly class will include a warm-up, learning a technique of the day, and light live rounds in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is needed, most attendees will be brand new. Just wear comfortable athletic clothes, bring water, and remove all jewelry before class.
